AXIOne
Product Design Lead
freelance / startup
AXIOne – AI-powered assistant platform for game designers.

A wrapper around LLMs, AXIOne was designed to support the entire game development pipeline — from initial concept to a finished game. Specialized, prompt-engineered AI agents guide users through every stage, ensuring a smooth, continuous workflow and filling in skill gaps across design, writing, and production.

  • Led the product from scratch as the sole designer — from discovery phase to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
  • Designed the UX architecture for working with a system of LLM agents, each covering a specific development stage (e.g. narrative, game mechanics, balancing, production).
  • Built a navigation and progression system enabling a linear yet flexible flow through development stages, with support for revisiting and refining previous steps.
  • Created the UI kit, visual language, and documentation to support future scaling and team handoff.
  • Collaborated closely with PMs and engineers to shape features, understand LLM limitations, and design prompt-based interaction patterns.
  • Conducted user research with indie game developers to validate core scenarios, identify pain points, and refine the overall flow.
