Leroy Merlin (fr) → is a French-headquartered home improvement and gardening retailer serving several countries in Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa.

I developed Android apps, web services and desktop versions aimed at simplifying the daily work of store employees, with a total of +20,000 users.

Objectives:
  • Gather user requirements in collaboration with product owners, analyzing enterprise customers' needs.
  • Develop User Journey Maps and layouts, taking into account the specifics of product inventory.
  • Design UJMs and layouts for the mobile report for the Outage Management product.
  • Develop new features to enhance the capabilities of the Outage Management app, making it more efficient for retailers.
  • Add and maintain new features for the Inventory Correction and Cashbook applications.
  • Transfer layouts and component logic from Sketch to Figma, optimizing the development workflow.

I have worked with the following projects:

  • Develop layouts and User Journey Maps for new modules, taking into account user needs.
  • Conduct UX-reviews to optimize system architecture and improve user interaction.
  • Perform design reviews, making necessary design adjustments for high quality implementations.
